Leglock seminar for all
On Saturday, all can make a training appointment at 10:15 a.m. through our website of the German Top Team HQ in Reutlingen. In the first part of the approx. 2 to 2 1/2 hour seminar are IBJJF compliant Leglocks with Gi for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In the second part Leglocks for Luta Livre and Shooto will follow, including the Heelhooks and other "evil" techniques of the "Dark Side".
Video recordings for the course included
Of course, all the techniques with the explanations will be recorded on video and then in the coming week as a course here in the Online Academy uploaded. This way, everyone benefits from the mini seminar and can either repeat what they have learned and review it on video or start the course from scratch.
